Planterra launched Ozo's plant-based bacon which uses their True Bite technology to generate a more meat-like quality. The three types available are Cracked Black Pepper, Applewood Smoke, and Spicy Jalapeno. The bacon is created with flour, wheat, soy, and pea protein, as well as sunflower and coconut oil.
